The Route Driver Merchandiser provides excellent customer service while performing a variety of duties including stocking vending machines, company kitchens, maintaining sanitation standards and driving a company vehicle and is assigned a set route. * Prior Route Driving Experience a Plus* Responsibilities Services and stocks vending machines and Company Kitchens with beverages and snack as scheduled. Merchandises machines and coolers according to defined standards. Ensures proper product handling, safety and sanitation standards while stocking. Maintains correct escrow levels by machine and updates inventory using handheld. Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris and machine lights in proper working order at all times. Cleans up and spills during service immediately. Responsible for securing and locking vending equipment. Responsible for safe handling and security of money when collecting, transporting and depositing and for securing vehicle at all times. Greets customers courteously and exhibits a helpful manner when dealing with customers. Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily servicing and maintaining equipment accurately. Relays relevant comments received from customers directly to Route Manager or ASM. Completes any necessary paperwork timely, thoroughly and legibly. Works with supervisors in providing follow up training and feedback on route drivers. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to use personal cell phone for some on-site call needs. Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Speak clearly and listen attentively to management, customers and fellow team members. Able to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Valid driver's license in the state of Kansas. Must have valid Class E license if a Missouri resident. Position requires bending, squatting, and grabbing, grasping, twisting, standing, stooping, stair climbing and walking the entire work day; able to lift full racks and boxes, not to exceed fifty (50) pounds; ability to repetitively push/pull, not to exceed two hundred (200) pounds on wheeled cart. Ability to work for extended periods of time in extreme temperature conditions - hot and cold. Light cleaning duties such as wiping equipment, sweeping and refilling stock. The Lead Commissary Production will oversee all production to assure consistency, accuracy and maximize efficiencies in our Lenexa, KS kitchen.. Work schedule is Sunday-Thursday 6am to 2:30pm. Responsibilities: Be on the commissary floor at all times during production providing guidance and support Prepare daily worksheets for all lines and hand them out accordingly Verify consistency of products and technique Responsible for assuring high quality and accuracy standards of products being produced Check all front and back labels for CK Line, Frozen Line & Production Line; checking for label placement, accurate letter, date & price of front label and accurate UPC information on back labels Ensure all team members are using correct food handling techniques and following sanitation requirements Verify all recipes are being followed as directed Responsible for keeping consistent, efficient production line Ensure that pack out is moving along smoothly Determine which line needs more help each day, based on numbers and difficulty of projects Control labor on the production floor Responsible for counting all paper goods including labels every week for inventory Communicate regularly with Commissary Manager and Director of Operations Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum of 1 year food service/production experience Minimum of 1 year lead/supervisory experience Knowledge of food service industry preferred Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive environment Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to convert recipes up or down based on daily production levels Ability to problem solve and work through situations in a calm and reasonable manner. Regularly required to stand; walk; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Routinely able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
