Allied Systems Company, an award winning heavy equipment manufacturer located in Sherwood, Oregon, has an immediate opening for a Warranty Administrator/Field Service Representative. Responsibilities will include managing all product warranty inquiries and claims for multiple product lines. Field Service Responsibilities will be required 15-20% of the time to provide technical assistance on assigned product lines while working with dealers, end users and Allied Systems personnel in the field and/or in the office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate all warranty related issues for the company. Company point of contact for all who have submitted claims. Communicate with all relevant company departments to seek root cause and suggest corrective or preventive actions. Scheduling warranty repair or field service as necessary.
