The Opportunity The eCommerce Supervisor will primarily assist the eCommerce Manager with the retail management of both online properties. In addition, the Supervisor will lend support to all areas of the operation, including Gameday, Concert/Spec. Event operations, Warehouse, Arena support, etc when necessary. This is a year-round, full-time position that directly reports to the eCommerce Manager with a dotted line to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities #1 - Assists with day-to-day operations such as order fulfillment, customer service via phone and email, editing website content, and product auditing #2 - Supports key product, collection, and promotion launches #3 - Helps with the development of monthly promotional schedules #4 - Assists with the creative process of social media posting. #5 - Ensures digital asset management is organized and user-friendly for departmental use #6 - Plays a cross-functional role in the Retail Department with regards to Red Wings and Pistons gameday, concerts/special events, operations and warehouse duties. Will be asked to work nights, and weekends or longs days on occasion. Qualifications #1 - Associates Degree or equivalent #2- Experience in retail operations, merchandising and inventory management. #3- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. #4 - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. #5 - Skilled in collecting and analyzing data. #6 - Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
