As an Assistant Retail Manager at Niagara Falls State Park, you will contribute to the growth and proiftability of the business with management oversight for the day-to-day operations. Supports management in overseeing retail stores, portable locations, warehouse operations, retail sales, and retail associates. Manage implementation of retail programs for stores to meet corporate standards and achieve inventory and revenue goals. Participate in product development. May act as Retail Manager is his/her absence. Provide instruction on company policies and procedures to supervisors and ensure proper follow-through. Manage in-store merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation. Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level to ensure procedural and policy compliance. Provide support and direction to retail supervisors on implementation. Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting. Maintain NetSuite POS system. Ensure the proper procedures of weekly Cycle Counts All other duties as assigned. In order to succeed in the position candidates will have: Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience 1-3 years retail operations management experience preferred 3 years supervisory experience Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail operations, policies and procedures Ability to train and develop personnel Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel; knowledge of Netsuite preferred Effective communication and organizational skills Attention to detail Who We Are Take your career beyond the ordinary-to the extraordinary.
