A Day in the Life of a Triumph Foods Production Worker includes: conforming to company standards for safety, attendance, and personal conduct repetitive motions for up to 10 hours a day and 6 days a week working conditions can range from the cold side at 28 degrees and damp to the kill side at 100 degrees and humid the use of a knife or other hand tool. Skills and Experience to be Successful: a minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience in the previous year work history must represent gainful employment and be verifiable the ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day the ability to work in temperatures ranging from cold and damp to hot and humid environments ability to repetitively lift 25 to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment comfortable working around livestock Applicants will be considered for any general laborer role such as Kill Floor or Cut/Conversion.
