Job Description Sales Executive Are you a results-oriented, proactive and highly motivated sales and account management professional with a strong sense of ownership and desire to excel? Our staffing agency is dedicated to providing temporary labor hire within the logistics industry and is growing rapidly. We want you to be an integral part of this growth by establishing new business for the staffing agency. Responsibilities Generate leads through professional networking and cold calling; locate and build new business opportunities in an assigned area. Follow-up and manage qualified leads by phone and email Identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess clients' staffing requirements Understand prospect needs and effectively communicate Seldat’s value proposition to prospects. Ongoing management of accounts; negotiate contract terms. Coordinate online and onsite meetings of key decision makers; attend on-site demos and meetings as required Work with management to negotiate pricing strategies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Utilize consultative sales techniques to manage entire sales cycle including; understanding prospect’s business needs, obtaining and submitting a complete application, identifying prospect’s key risks, negotiating and bringing the transaction to closure. Sell additional value added Supply Chain solutions. Advocate for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships. Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads. Re-establish inactive relationships through vigorous sales and marketing. Requirements Previous sales experience, preferably within the Supply Chain industry. A demonstrable book of business and strong relationships within the Supply Chain industry. A good working knowledge of the Supply Chain industry. An understanding of how staffing agencies operate is advantageous. Strong Business Acumen with the ability to engage in a consultative sales process with decision-makers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional time management, prospecting and negotiation skills. A proven track record of success in canvassing and establishing new business. Outstanding customer service skills and telephone manner Ability to work well under pressure with a high attention to detail. A proven strong sense of urgency and 'can do' attitude. Resourceful with superior problem-solving skills. Valid Driver’s License
