JOB SUMMMARY: The Residential Field Services Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of all quality assurance & quality control inspection services for residential programs. This individual works closely with the call center supervisor and will network with external clients to achieve program and customer service goals. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage and oversee field staff to achieve desired results. Establish protocol to achieve all program goals and objectives. Communicate and collaborate on a regular basis with external vendors and clients. Provide technical support as a subject matter expert to QA inspectors regarding program guidelines. Review daily, weekly and monthly reports from field staff. Lead monthly staff meetings to review current and changes for utility updates. Work closely with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure input of data. Develop and provide annual training needs for QA inspectors. Observe field inspectors on job sites. Provide technical review of residential programs. Review internal inspection reports with inspectors as appropriate. Audit all completed detailed inspection reports. Establish and maintain effective communication with implementation vendors. Provide work flow plan for each phase of projects and modify as necessary. Provide interpretation to field staff on nuances of contracts and program parameters. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Industry related experience required. BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications required. HERs certification a plus. Strong supervision skills to lead, direct, coach and mentor. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, weatherization, insulation, lighting and energy efficiency products and programs. Strong organizational, project management, problem solving and prioritization skills necessary. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in speech and writing, with customers, staff, managers, supervisors, contractors and clients. Although this position is based in one office, travel to other offices may be required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel skills.
