Job Overview

SCHEDULER – Interior Logic Group


The primary responsibility of theScheduler is to assist with the production scheduling and to ensure crews are available and on the job sites in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Responsible for the data entry, organization, and scheduling of installation projects
  • Organize and review all information pertaining to the completion of projects
  • Oversee the efficient use of labor needed for completing a project
  • Understand and correctly implement company policies and procedures
  • Retrieve and File Start Orders, Purchase Orders, Color Selection Sheets, VPO’s, CO’s, etc. Filing of Documents electronically and Hard Copy Folders as per Company Standard
  • Coordinate with Production Manager Job Start Dates and Order all Materials required to accommodate said schedules
  • Review all Construction Documents for Accuracy, Determine Quantities, Parts, and Pieces necessary to complete the Installation as Specified and submit appropriate Order Forms to Vendors
  • Assist Field Staff in resolving Installation Requirements and Material Specifications as necessary to ensure expedient Quality Installations
  • Post Material receipts in RFMS upon receipt
  • Assemble and Distribute Job Information Packages
  • All other job duties as assigned

Min Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and order processing systems
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process
