Transport and deliver company product to the customer on time and in good condition. Represent the company as the primary contact between the company and the customer. Communicate company delivery information and policy to the customer and customer information to the company to foster good customer relationships.
Communicate information concerning existing and potential customers in both a written and verbal form back to the Distribution Manager and customer service department.
Plan departure times so that company resources and equipment are used to their utmost efficiency and productivity, thereby accomplishing quality, timely and dependable service.
Interface in a positive manner with the customers and their company personnel to develop and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Maintain assigned company vehicles in good physical and mechanical condition, providing a professional image to customers and the general public.
Interface with customers and company departments to facilitate the orderly processing of customer business according to company policies and procedures.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company philosophies concerning product quality and customer service.
Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement of all employees.
