Job Overview

US Tech Solutions is seeking an "IT CIP Application Update Coordinator (IT PM)" for approximately 1+ months, the possibility of extension with one of our top clients in Allentown, PA.

Job Details:

Position: IT CIP Application Update Coordinator (IT PM)

Work Schedule: Standard business (M-F, 8-5)

Duration: 1 year +, strictly contract at this point.

Looking for someone to fill an IT CIP Application Update Coordinator role. This role will need to have some basic PM tasks as they apply to the monthly TMS enhancements:

  • Develop and maintain overall TMS enhancement project schedule.
  • Organizing TMS enhancement work - ensuring work is tied to correct releases, assigned to molders, approvals proceeding, etc.
  • Track and monitor issues raised by modeling staff - ensure timely business response or escalation as needed.
  • Organize project scrums daily (AM) and report outs (PM) for next morning status with business leadership.
  • Measuring TMS enhancment progress through Cherwell reports - through reports, hold IT and business lines accountable for progress.
  • Evaluating deviations from the plan (why is a ticket held up)
  • Create and managed various tickets in Cherwell, SRS, Disco, etc in support of the TMS updates.
  • Clear, concise communicator able to communicate with both business and IT customers.
  • Basic technical prowess to run scripts, generate data.
  • Document procedures and with feedback, update procedures.
  • Execute the update coordinator checklist to ensure all tasks are completed/coordinated in support of update schedule.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT PM experience
  • PMP preferred but not required.
