As the Senior Recruiter for our organization, you will develop/revise job descriptions as applicable, source and screen/interview customer service representative candidates for multi-site and multi-state locations. The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will be responsible for the following which includes but is not limited to:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies and find innovative ways to attract front line talent in multistate geographies. • Lead all stages of the recruiting process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, and conducting interviews (in Spanish as dictated by role requirements.) • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives in order to revise and/or create accurate job descriptions as needed. • Create recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, social media sites, newspapers, colleges etc. • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to attract candidates and create a candidate pool for high demand hiring needs. • Coordinate and participate in local job fairs and/or job fairs at company locations. • Source and recruit candidates by using a variety of methods. • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Continually monitor and apply recruiting best practices and make recommendations to improve recruiting processes and strategies. • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports. • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Other Responsibilities • Create and maintain recruiting budget. • Participate in development and implementation of recruiting and compliance training programs as needed. • Participate in HCM system improvements.

Minimum Requirements • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. • High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in fast-paced high-volume environment (either an in-house or staffing agency recruiter) • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training. • Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary. • Sound judgement, decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Strong and organizational skills and attention to detail. • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. • Proficient in using MS Office. • Ability to work from home and travel 5% - 10% to office locations and job fairs as needed.

Preferred: • Answering service/call center recruiting experience. • Experience recruiting for remote positions. • Good working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems. • Interest in and knowledge of leading recruiting trends. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Location: This position will be a work from home position but will need to be centrally located to travel to our Ocala and Miami Florida offices.
