Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of Global Supply Chain visualization capabilities designed for functional intelligence, generating insights and optimizing decision making among varying leadership levels.

  • Deliver all approved new metrics and enhancements on time within scope and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver against the vision for an Integrated Supply Chain with performance management visualization to drive optimal decision making and meet business objectives

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Metric Owners, Operations IS and 3rd party solution providers to integrate, sustain and enhance the End to End Visibility platform

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to identify and implement performance improvements, capability enhancements and projects across people, process and technology in this space

  • Manage the E2EViz sustainment model with appropriate organizational change measures to ensure continuous adoption of new capabilities

  • Lead the ongoing development of the E2EV platform, enabling new processes and capabilities to sustain performance management across Supply Chain

  • Design and lead functional governance model for performance visualization across Global Supply Chain

  • Conduct day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the implemented solution. Identify, escalate and track defects and enhancements for resolution, ensuring the tool's capabilities stay aligned with the business

  • Develop the people, processes and technology to deliver best-in-class supply chain visibility capabilities that are sustained within the function

  • Work closely with sponsors and partners to ensure the tool and processes are understood and functioning as designed

  • Communicates to business partners the strategy for visualization capabilities

  • Leads testing approach approval, partnering with vendors for training design, deployment and rollout of changes to the platform

  • Design, implement and sustain documentation/training materials

  • Partners with Operations IS directly on opportunities and driving down platform costs for the business

Masters degree

OR

Bachelors degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience

OR

Associates degree and 6 years of Supply Chain experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Supply Chain experience
