The Lead provides direct support to the Receiving/Shipping/Returns Supervisor and oversees the activities of the team members. The Lead will help ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and support team members in problem solving. With a focus on results and department efficiencies the Lead will support Supervisor with many daily initiatives and commitments
This position is available on the AM & PM Shifts:
AM: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm
PM: Mon-Fri 3:30pm - 12:00am

The Perfect Fit:
Proficient technical capabilities, inclusive of tier one WMS experience (Aspire).
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Decisions have a critical effect on the organization's reputation, team members, client services, policies or operations.
The Must Haves:
High school diploma preferred
1+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience preferred in continuous improvements to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety.
MHE experience a plus
Knowledge of Aspire, computers and email
Physical ability to carry out the duties, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Things You Will be Doing
Shipping / Receiving / Returns
Ensures daily tasks are completed for department.
Ensures quality and compliance expectations are being upheld.
Supports department training, retraining, and guidance of underperforming individuals.
Supports team with escalations they may encounter during day to day communications related to Clerk Roles.
Ensures safety standards are being upheld on a daily basis.
Supports Supervisor with labor adjustments to meet fluctuating demand while partnering with OFP Leadership.
In collaboration with the Supervisor, communicates expectations to team members and monitors the daily performance of their area.
Ensures there is training, cross-training and development of team members.
Ensures safe operations of the business specific to their area of accountability, while being vocal about safety concerns in other areas.
Focuses on process improvement that will drive efficiency, quality, safety and reduction of waste.
Performs other duties as requested.
