We are hiring a personable and motivated Service Greeter. The Service Greeter is responsible for receiving and assisting customers.

Other duties include:

  • Greeting all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controlling service traffic flow and parking.
  • Determining if customers coming into service have an appointment. Recording customer's name,
  • VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Delivering completed cars after service completion (Active delivery).
  • Performing Repair Order pre-writes for service.
  • Creating key ring tags and walk-around sheets.
  • Assisting Service Advisors with daily tasks.
  • Delivering Written Repair Orders to Dispatcher, returning completed Repair Orders from dispatcher to Service Advisors.
  • Driving vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

This job is scheduled on a 4-day work week! Although Saturdays are required, every three weeks you get Friday through Tuesday off!
