Job Overview


The Warehouse Assocaite will assist with maintaining organization of all items in warehouse for website and store sales. You will assist during Festivals and Events with Inventory support. You are responsible for the accuracy in all data entry into the Point of Sale system for Stock Transfers. You will work to meet budget goals of sales and keep inventory accurate with 1% or less loss annually.


  • Help manage inventory product in the room keeping accurate counts and Locations of product
  • Pull Stock for Stores completing 10-15 Stock reports to be sent to our retail Locations Each Week.
  • Barcoding and Hang tagging all merchandise being sent to stores
  • Maintain housing system for all merchandise in a functional way to meet cost and time demands as well as increase productivity in pulling orders and reports.
  • Repetitive Lifting of 25-50 pound boxes Daily
  • Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Ensures warehouse area is maintained & kept clean
  • Assist with Brew City Festivals and Events as requested on annual calendar
  • You will learn the basics to ring and open any retail store in times of emergency.
  • 2 Weekend days per month are required and can be rotated with other staff.
  • Time off requests may be limited from Thanksgiving to December 20th and During Major Festival Dates.


  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing
  • Computer literacy Skills in Windows and in MS Office,
  • FEDEX UPS or USPS shipping experience a plus


LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standard situations.
