Exciting Opportunity for Customer Service (Trucking)
Customer Service Duties include (but not limited to): Ensure all dispatches are entered accurately, as well as customer requirements and internal notes. Assigned all drivers work for the next day using the first in/ first out seniority list. Notify Drivers of their loads the next day. Double checked all dispatches to to ensure they are error free. Backing up the dispatcher during lunch hour and any time the need arises. Ordering on the book and updating as necessary. Sending orders and advising load planner on the next day orders.
Customer Service Job Requirements Include: 2 to 3 years of Customer Service Experience in a Transportation/Logistics Industry | High School Diploma or equivalent | Good verbal and written communication skills | Interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette |Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook | Punctuality and dependability
