As theInventory Program Coordinator PPG Products , you will contribute to the overall success of the PPG warehouses meeting customer expectations as well as sales and profitability for WinField United. You will administer and reconcile inventory programs for our PPG distribution warehouses. It will require you to have a high-level understanding of how product moves through the warehouses in order to effectively identify root cause of any variances.

Duty or Area of Responsibility:

Agency:

Primary contact for operational inquiries of all agency items and related processes. Maintain expectations of agency contracts. Identify and resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies between vendor invoices and reported inventory by collaborating with the distribution warehouse personnel. Partner with sales on special customer bid pricing and ensure customer invoice and record of sale accuracy. Understand the downstream effects of items that are included in and excluded from agency programs. Coordinate and facilitate take title transfer, gather stakeholders to ensure proper item set up, and notify marketing of need for new pricing.

Administrative:

Support the administration of supplier and item set up. Monitor and correct issues on various reports: logged voucher, open order, etc. Able to identify and address system issues, understands escalation process, creates efficiencies, and utilizes the systems to the fullest. Strong understanding of supplier, billing, manufacturing and warehouse processes and requirements of WinField Supply Chain. Successfully identify, create and manage efficiencies to accommodate all parties involved. Suggests improvements and solutions by identifying and implementing analysis/reports valuable to team and function requirements. Influences internal and external customers, encourages strong work ethics within the group and effectively provides feedback to team members and management. Viewed as a leader in peer group. Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. Balances multiple priorities and considers various stakeholder needs. Effectively makes course corrections as needed. Possesses leadership skills to guide daily work priorities and present results. Creates and implements solutions. Leverages personal relationships and experiences to encourage change. Able to identify and suggest corrective actions to optimize decisions across functional boundaries. Proven ability to lead groups in collaborative approach toward results.

Inventory Monitoring:

Provide leadership with monthly agency report that identifies significant inventory discrepancies, pinpoint root cause and recommend a solution. Perform inventory reconciliations with vendors. Support other inventory related programs by resolving invoicing issues and discrepancies between vendor invoices and warehouse inventory.

Required Experience:

Education: High School education or GED equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience

Technology: Excel, Microsoft Office Suite of Software

Preferred Experience:

Education: Post high school education

Experience: Minimum of two years of accounting or office management experience

Technology: Adequate knowledge and experience working with copying/scanning and proficiency with data entry and/or digital order management systems. JD Edwards experience

Compensation / Benefits:

Base salary is dependent upon experience/tenure and generally ranges between $60,000 - $70,000.
