Perks & Benefits of Working with Our Team:

- On top of the sign on bonus, Competitive pay
- Average pay: $60,000-$65,000
- Floater drivers also receive a $15 per diem for everyday they are at a location or $105 per week
- Mostly Monday-Friday work
- Operate within an 90-mile radius of Fremont, NE
- Safety incentives plus paid training
Our Successful Floater Driver Requirements:
- Float between different locations such as Nebraska, Texas, Virginia, or wherever you are needed.
- Work between 8-12 hrs per day
- Scheduled 5-7 days per week depending on the customers needs and driver wants
- Floater drivers are expected to work a minimum of 4 weeks at a location and take a week at home
- Travel expenses and motel expenses are covered by the company
Requirements:
CDL-A commercial driver's license
Minimum of 2 year of verifiable combination vehicle driving experience.
No major driving violations. We take pride in operating in a safe environment
Our Successful Drivers Responsibilities:
- Safety must come first every day
- On time Delivery
- Delivering live poultry from local farms to the processing plant in Fremont
- Excellent attendance
