Job Overview


The Resolution Specialist performs a variety of duties to support the picking & packing functions. Executes daily production activities, creates supporting documentation, monitors production progress and makes minor adjustment recommendations to supervisors. This incumbent will also facilitate the flow of orders/tasks to the packing department, by releasing waves at the task level based on volume capacities. This incumbent must work in concert with internal customers, including the replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping departments. This incumbent will use systems to research rejected orders and incomplete waves to ensure all consumer orders and invoices are processed timely against established SLA's.


Principal Accountabilities:

50% Monitors and releases waves for the DTC business while tracking volume capacity in the facility. Communicates production requirements to others to assist with the organization and prioritization of work flow. Engages with department leaders to execute activities that serve internal customers.

40% Ensures all orders fully meet customer requirements specific and unique to each customer according to the respective SLA's. Communicates with Coordinator concerning order/shipment delays, machine failures/downtime. Researches broken orders and incomplete waves to meet consumer demand and achieve business goals.

10% Researches consumer complaints in regards to order accuracy and provides appropriate feedback to ensure processes are in place to resolve moving forward. Completes all other duties as seen fit by supervisor.


Education, Skills and Competencies

Education/Certification: RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED

Preferred Associates degree/college

Years of Experience: Required Sound functional knowledge of distribution/warehousing management systems, operations and processes.

• Above average knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, WMS
• Professional communication skills, including verbal and written
• Must be available to work overtime when needed
