What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant,officeor warehouse. As a materials handling expert, you will support receiving, storage, inventory control, internal distribution and shipping, in compliance with corporate standards. To enable you to accomplish this task, you may need to use of a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, hand carts and power trucks.

You will be known to be team player, who is able to achieve targets on time. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative teaming environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Support GMP materials receiving functions. Track and resolve issues, identify root cause of exceptions and drive to continuous improvements.
  • Participate in daily cross function raw materials meetings as needed.
  • Update ERP system for storage or withdraw operations in the warehouse. Manage posting changes, aged transfer orders and location updates.
  • Maintain accurate System Application & Products Warehouse Master Data and collaborate with other Super Users and stakeholders to share and adapt best practices, improve skills and knowledge of data and material transfers.
  • Run reports in SAP as required to support on-going warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate non-standard material requests and prioritization.
  • Proactively manage obsolete and expiring materials.
  • Coordinate and manage 3rd party storage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Manage Min/Max inventory of non-production materials, as needed.
  • Coordinate with area managers to ensure Rejected inventory management in compliance with Quality and Financial guidelines.
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma 5S project implementation and maintenance.



  • Bachelor's Degree.With >2 years' experience or Associate degree with > 5 years' experience or high school diploma or GED with >10 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of cGMP warehousing or manufacturing operational activities.
  • System Application & Products (SAP) experience and functionality from the outset.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Good Written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management concepts.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with relevant procedures and quality requirements.
  • Possess a positive, continuous improvement mindset.​


  • Knowledge ofSix Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate various types of motorized forklifts
