The Logistics Sales Operations will handle domestic and international transportation while optimizing operations and provide satisfactory customer service and maintaining data entry and reporting. This position includes Logistics Operation Management of trucking, ocean and air cargo.

Handles domestic and international transportation from suppliers to destination.
Develops and maintains operational plans to include all business requirements of customers
Provides pricing for ocean/air/trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers
Maintains daily communication with customer and 3rd party carriers to ensure all inventory and shipping orders in good place
SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance
Coordinates cargo bookings(Ocean/Air/Express) and manages delivery to destination correctly, ensuring that all related parties such as carrier, warehouse and truckers arrange shipment correctly
Troubleshoot all events from booking to delivery in a timely way
Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staffs to coordinate booking, pickup, tracking and proof of delivery with appropriate documentation
Maintain essential documentation with up to date information and ensuring that it is collated and stored so as to be readily accessible
Perform activities to meet customer satisfaction and share business information with related parties through regular contact (i.e., phone, email)
Monitor account issues and communicate/liaison with management to implement/drive solutions
Recommend when changes are needed in current processes
Reporting as needed (Service failure report, claim/damage report, others)
Accuracy of data entry into Cello and other systems as needed
Monitors trend and report changes to Management for action
Logistics System Modules(FIS/TMS/WMS) capability to manage inbound and outbound shipments, transloading and KPI management
3+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean / Air Carrier)
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, while paying close attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate openly and effectively
Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
Strong work ethic
Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
Bachelor's Degree preferred
