Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED is required, Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or a similar discipline) and/or combined Education and Equivalent Sales Experience preferred MUST have a minimum of 2 years prior transportation/logistics experience/knowledge Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience, preferably in food distribution, transportation, and/or logistics Must maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record Proven previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or other related fields Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Familiarity with CRM platforms Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Ability to be personable and build rapport with clients Deadline and detail-oriented Must be self-motivated, driven to succeed and exceed expectations This position is in office, not an at home position. For more than two decades, Cold Freight Services has specialized in delivering temperature sensitive products 24 hours a day and 7 days a week via cargo van, straight truck, or FedEx. We're the largest distributor of KOL-BOY coolers in the southeast and one of the top three distributors for dry ice in North Georgia. We take pride in making our customer's priorities, our priorities. We are looking to add an experienced and self-motivated Account Executive to our growing, fast-paced team! The primary goal of the Account Executive is to build sales by prospecting for new clients while generating income by nurturing existing customer relationships. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer.
