Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious Customer Experience Specialist to manage high-volume shipments from hundreds of locations throughout the US. The role collaborates with various departments to ensure day-to-day shipments are completed in a timely manner. This person must have the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in both self-managed and team environments. Our Coordinator will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, time management, customer service, and organizational skills.
