Job Description: Provide supply and maintenance management support to Directorates associated with all facets of supply and maintenance programs. Manage Government-owned equipment and property, and Government-owned or -leased vehicles used in the work area. Essential Functions: Manage Government-owned equipment and property, and its maintenance Manage General Services Administration (GSA) and AFTD’s RTC-owned vehicles, and their maintenance Maintain accurate records. By direction of appropriate authority transfer equipment or property, completing all documentation and records updates Perform audits and inventories, regularly scheduled and unscheduled as necessary Prepare periodically recurring, and special reports for AFTD or RTC’s Logistics Department (S-4) Use computer-based property accountability systems including Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), Defense Logistics Agency’s Federal Logistics (FEDLOG), Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS®)and RTC property systems and document registers Be a subject matter expert in AFTD about Army Regulations (ARs) governing supply and logistics management, including but not limited to: AR 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level; AR 735-5, Property Accountability Policies; RTC Memorandum 71-4, RTC Property Accountability Management Standing Operating Procedure; and, RTC Memorandum 710-1, Inventory Management – Command Supply Discipline Program Standing Operating Procedure Be a subject matter expert for inquiries from entities external to AFTD about compliance with supply and maintenance regulations, or about records Communicate efficiently and effectively to provide timely supply and maintenance support, information, and problems resolution Required Knowledge and Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft’s Office 2013 suite of software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft’s SharePoint Professional communication, verbally and in writing Four years’ experience in supply and maintenance management Prior service in or supporting a branch of the military Knowledge of Army Regulation (AR) 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level; and, AR 735-5, Property Accountability Policies Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A Honest and ethical Flexible, adaptable, resilient to change Able to work alone and as part of a team Positive attitude Education: High School Diploma Certifications/Licenses: Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one Equal Opportunity Employer: Five Stones Research Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, gender, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, arrest record, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
