Maintenance Craftsperson is responsible for maintenance and reliability in the most efficient and workman like manner. Performs jobs such as inspections, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repairs. Interacts on a regular basis with management peer maintenance and facility personnel along with contractors/vendors. Principal Accountabilities: Investigates and solve maintenance issues (such as lubrication, welding, plant troubleshooting, repair of equipment, proper use of fasteners, gaskets, bushings, and tools), and provide solutions to problems. Provides support in troubleshooting equipment to ensure effective and efficient operations. Repairs equipment as necessary. Inputs work order information, updates in computer system (i.e. SAP). As a Route Delivery Driver, you will drive a company truck on an assigned overnight route with hours between 10 PM and 9 AM, (Sunday night start) Monday through Friday, in all weather conditions. Your job will be to load out all ordered products like milk, eggs, breads, etc. for that particular nights residential neighborhood customers, then drive/deliver these products to them. At routes end, you will return and unload any surplus products. Our delivery drivers take pride in ensuring a safe, accurate, and quality delivery to each customers home. We have performance-based incentives that have some drivers out by 7:00 AM. Routes differ in size and commission incentives. Commissions will increase with certain employment longevity targets.
